Source passive candidates through talent mapping, direct outreach, referrals, and LinkedIn; partner with executives to define roles and sourcing strategies; manage confidential searches; close difficult hires; maintain passive talent pipelines; and provide competitive talent market intelligence.

Lead M&A origination strategy, market coverage, proprietary deal sourcing, intermediary relationships, opportunity screening, and pipeline management. Reviews peer work and collaborates with merchandising, creative, marketing, ecommerce, and SEO teams.

Leads annual budgeting and forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, executive dashboards, financial modeling, and scenario planning. Partners with department leaders to evaluate business initiatives and provide actionable recommendations. Manages people and drives improvements to FP&A processes through AI, workflow automation, dashboards, and automated alerts. Presents financial insights to senior leadership and supports strategic resource allocation across the company.

Own architecture, development, and reliability of ecommerce web applications (Symfony storefront and Laravel back-office). Lead front-end JavaScript/CSS direction, optimize SQL schemas/queries, improve observability and incident response, reduce legacy technical debt, establish AI-assisted development workflows, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end delivery of scalable customer-facing features.
