The Business Intelligence Analyst collects, analyzes, and reports business data; develops dashboards, MIS reports, performance metrics, and department-wide data systems. The role translates stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables, identifies data quality issues and business trends, and communicates insights to management. The analyst supports marketing, sales, finance, and other departments through SQL-based analysis, data profiling, and business intelligence tools.

Lead product vision, roadmap, and delivery for mid-cycle and backend RCM solutions (coding, billing, payment posting, AR/denials, analytics). Build and manage product teams, partner with global engineering and data teams, translate customer needs into requirements, and drive AI/automation-enabled innovations to improve RCM efficiency and financial outcomes.
