Oversee a team in Total Rewards, ensuring operational excellence in compensation and benefits, managing daily operations, and supporting strategic initiatives while developing junior team members.

Design and operate backend systems, influence technical direction, improve practices, and mentor engineers while ensuring software scalability and reliability.

Own and improve implementation team governance, reporting, ticket oversight, initiative tracking, and AI-enabled workflows. Evaluate operational data to identify risks, prepare leadership-ready summaries, drive escalation and follow-up, maintain Confluence/SharePoint, and enable continuous improvement across processes and tools.

Serve as primary Zelis contact for an assigned book of payer/TPA clients to drive retention, renewals, and revenue growth.
