Manages post-implementation client relationships for a portfolio of small to medium healthcare accounts. Acts as a trusted advisor, coordinates issue resolution, monitors goals and service metrics, drives product adoption and value realization, presents business reviews, identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities, manages risks and escalations, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Client Services, and Implementation teams.

Sets technical direction, reviews code, handles complex architecture and production issues, manages agile delivery, removes blockers, and partners with product, architecture, and Scrum teams. Drives modernization, observability, reliability, security, legacy deprecation, and team growth.

Lead and scale the client success organization across regions or product lines. Define strategy, KPIs, governance, and budgets; drive technology adoption and process transformation; influence executives and product/pricing; manage performance, training, and compliance to ensure client retention, growth, and operational excellence.

Lead solution and platform architecture for the Price Optimization business unit, defining scalable, reusable patterns across UI, application, data, AI, and cloud. Drive AWS-based microservices, event-driven and serverless designs, integrations, observability, security, and AI-native SDLC practices. Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, Data, and Security; mentor teams and establish platform governance to enable integrated customer solutions and accelerate delivery.

Lead AIOps strategy and architecture to modernize operations during AWS migration. Design and implement observability, agentic AI, ChatOps, and SRE practices to improve incident detection, triage, remediation, automation, and platform resilience. Partner across engineering, cloud, security, and operations to establish standards, governance, playbooks, and mentor teams.

Lead full-funnel journey architecture and marketing automation to drive pipeline and revenue. Own HubSpot configuration, Snowflake-based audience activation, DXP integration, ABM, AI-driven scoring and next-best-action orchestration. Align marketing and sales through SLAs, measurement frameworks, experimentation, and executive reporting. Build and lead a team and govern journey systems, data integrity, and cross-functional enablement.

Lead technical accounting for internal-use software, cloud, and AI costs; own monthly labor capitalization close; maintain hours-tracking standards and governance; coordinate with engineering, IT finance, and auditors; develop AI cost accounting policy and readiness for emerging FASB guidance.

Own solution strategy and value-stream alignment for an assigned product portfolio. Define scope, sequencing, investment priorities, and build long-term vision, business cases, and ROI models. Partner across Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Commercialization, and external stakeholders to translate strategy into epics and roadmap direction, support pricing/commercialization/pre-sales, and identify strategic partnerships and growth opportunities.

Lead and manage a marketing research team to plan, execute, and deliver large-scale research initiatives. Design surveys, oversee sampling and analysis, translate data into actionable insights, present findings to senior leaders, manage budgets and vendors, implement new research technologies, and drive continuous improvement and team development.
