Identify, qualify, and close new single-provider clinic opportunities for healthcare SaaS products. Conduct outbound and inbound lead engagement, deliver virtual product demonstrations, manage CRM pipelines, meet sales quotas, and collaborate with marketing and customer success. The role requires consultative selling, solution recommendations, accurate activity tracking, and customer feedback sharing. It is an entry-level, remote-friendly SaaS sales position focused on physical therapy and healthcare clients.

Manage a portfolio of healthcare SaaS customers to ensure retention and revenue growth. Drive adoption, identify upsell opportunities, achieve sales quotas, monitor member health, handle escalations, and collaborate with Product, Support, and RCM Sales. Deliver one-to-many programs (webinars, workshops), advocate member needs internally, and travel to client sites and events.

Coordinate cross-team program activities, maintain project plans, RAID logs, and status reporting. Create dashboards and documentation in Google Workspace, manage meetings and action items, track deliverables and milestones, escalate risks, support change management, and assist project leads with administrative and resource coordination to keep programs on schedule.

Technical leader defining architecture and implementation for agentic AI in clinical workflows. Decompose workflows into multi-agent systems, select orchestration tools, drive productionization, partner with product and data science, ensure alignment with reference architecture, and maintain documentation and evaluation practices to deliver clinical value.

Qualify and convert leads into demos by contacting decision makers via phone, email, and web chat; respond to real-time signups; meet monthly quotas; support marketing campaigns; represent the WebPT brand; and collaborate with sales to schedule product demonstrations.
