Support sourcing and contracting across the full lifecycle: draft and redline contracts, assist in supplier negotiations, prepare RFPs, analyze market and supplier data, coordinate communications, and maintain contracts and amendments while collaborating with internal teams and escalating complex issues to senior sourcing and Legal.

Drive continuous improvement, negotiate supplier agreements, manage supplier performance, approve invoices, deliver training, and support procurement systems and reporting to improve efficiency and client service.

Own and execute a platform product backlog for reusable rules and workflow capabilities. Conduct discovery, translate business logic into configurable solutions, partner with engineering and cross-functional teams, enable adoption, track usage and outcomes, and drive AI-first practices to improve delivery, reuse, and platform consistency.

Own product backlog and roadmap for knowledge and semantic platform capabilities (ontology, knowledge graph, taxonomy, metadata). Conduct discovery with internal clients, define semantic models, entity relationships, and requirements; partner with engineering, data, and AI teams to deliver reusable platform services; promote governance, data stewardship, validation, adoption, and metrics to improve semantic quality and AI-enabled product delivery.

Lead strategy and roadmaps for internal platform domains covering semantic models, knowledge services, entity resolution, and AI-ready context layers. Align investments with engineering, architecture, and AI delivery; improve developer productivity, governance, and platform adoption; mentor a small product team and drive cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Build, validate, and deploy customer-facing software and platform work in a small, startup-like R&D unit. Partner with product leaders, move rapidly from prototype to production, make pragmatic technical decisions, and shape the R&D unit while shipping software used in live healthcare environments.

Lead strategy and roadmaps for internal data platform capabilities (ingestion, EDL, data quality, metadata, governance). Align investments with engineering, architecture, and AI Delivery, improve developer productivity, drive platform adoption, and mentor a small platform product team while partnering cross-functionally to enable scalable, secure, AI-first platform capabilities.

Lead planning and execution of a portfolio of Spend Management technology programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams (cloud, data, AI/ML, security), manage dependencies, risks, budgets, governance, roadmaps, and executive reporting to ensure delivery of cloud, SaaS, data, analytics, and AI solutions.
