Manage campus financial operations for student accounts, billing, and collections. Lead collection efforts, monitor AR aging, reconcile receivables, ensure compliance with federal and institutional regulations, oversee cash/check handling and student inventory, maintain SIS data accuracy, report collection metrics, and support audits and financial literacy initiatives.

Coach and hold staff accountable, perform frontline advisor duties as needed, build employer pipelines, maintain audit-ready records, and collaborate with campus and corporate stakeholders to improve placement and readiness metrics.
