Supervise financial aid operations and assist the Director in awarding state and federal aid, managing campus-based funding, training staff, counseling students, running reports, enforcing policies, and administering private loans and payment plans. Requires on-site presence and collaboration with students, faculty, and staff.

Manage and administer employee benefits programs, HRIS and benefits platform data, leave of absence and ADA accommodation processes, vendor relationships, compliance reporting (ACA, 5500, ERISA, COBRA), open enrollment, benefit communications, and analysis to inform plan design and cost management.

Lead and manage a Career Services team to achieve graduate employment benchmarks, develop employer partnerships, coach and hold staff accountable, perform frontline advisor duties as needed, maintain audit-ready records, drive employer outreach and business development, and ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation requirements.

Lead revenue accounting for student-related transactions, ensuring ASC 606 and U.S. GAAP compliance. Analyze complex revenue activity, manage system integrations (Anthology Student/ERP), perform reconciliations, prepare regulatory and audit support, improve processes and controls, and collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Finance, Operations, and IT to resolve discrepancies.
