The Design Engineer II provides technical expertise in network design, supports business partners, configures solutions, and enables customer education through training and events.

Manage relationships and drive growth with assigned suppliers: develop category strategies and business plans, maximize profitability/bonuses, serve as primary supplier liaison, coordinate legal/commission matters, support events and reporting, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support.

Lead and develop a regional partner sales team to drive revenue growth through partner recruitment, activation, pipeline generation, and strategic opportunity creation. Build executive partner relationships, execute Microsoft/cloud/AI/marketplace strategies, enforce forecasting and territory discipline, collaborate cross-functionally, and recruit/onboard partners to accelerate adoption and revenue.

The Account Manager drives sales, manages incoming customer interactions, generates quotes, and collaborates with internal teams to close deals while achieving defined sales goals.

Manage and grow revenue from assigned sales partners across North Texas and Oklahoma. Meet quota targets, onboard and steward partners, drive enhanced services sales, resolve partner issues, attend regional events and trainings, and report feedback to leadership. Travel up to 10%.

Provide pre-sales technical engineering and higher-tier connectivity support. Perform technical discovery, design LAN/WAN/IP-based solutions, lead technical meetings, create documentation, run POCs, train sales, and serve as escalation manager for network events and troubleshooting.

Provide day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of a multi-org Salesforce CRM across Experience, Service, and Sales Clouds. Gather requirements, manage users, permissions, data cleanup, integrations, release deployments, and participate in SDLC for company-wide projects while liaising between IT, stakeholders, and end users.

Process bi-weekly multi-state US and one Canadian payroll including wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, deductions, garnishments, and direct deposit. Maintain payroll control records, audit personnel/pay data in UKG, prepare funding, remittances and reports, support audits (SOX, Federal/State), respond to employee payroll inquiries, and train team members. Improve and standardize payroll procedures and perform special payroll projects.

Provide foundational enterprise systems support: install, configure, monitor, patch, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers, AD, Exchange/Office365, VMware, storage, backups, and email security. Assist with onboarding/offboarding, runbooks, change management, and collaboration with network, security, database, and application teams under senior guidance.

Drive sales growth with assigned federal accounts by managing inbound customer interactions, generating quotes, closing deals, processing orders, maintaining forecasts in Salesforce, performing account planning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet quota and KPIs.
