Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, training, organizational development, and HR operations. Provide strategic HR partnership to leadership, supervise HR staff, monitor HR metrics, and support culture, safety, and succession planning to meet organizational goals.
