Manages new-hire training schedules, attendance, performance, payroll, certifications, records, and discipline coordination. Creates interactive training materials and presentations, assigns online courses, supports audits, maintains trainer certifications, and proctors WorkKeys testing. The role requires travel to Hope worksites, occasional overnight stays, flexible hours, conflict de-escalation, and physical setup of training environments.

Supports finance operations through journal entries, month-end close activities, balance sheet and bank reconciliations, accounts payable oversight, 1099 compliance, and internal control documentation. The role also modernizes accounting workflows using Microsoft Business Central and digital tools, assists with audits, responds to variance inquiries, and provides cross-functional accounting backup.
