Designs and delivers technical training for manufacturing employees, including onboarding, qualification, recertification, and Certified Trainer coaching. Develops curricula, SOPs, job aids, assessments, and hands-on practice; analyzes skills and performance data to identify training needs; maintains qualification records and metrics; and leads training workstreams for equipment, process, capital, and product changes. The role requires collaboration with manufacturing leaders and SMEs while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, PPE, and site safety requirements.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, and professional roles. Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on workforce needs, sourcing strategies, candidate selection, offers, and onboarding support. Build talent pipelines, maintain Greenhouse records, monitor recruiting metrics, coordinate candidate communications, ensure compliant and consistent processes, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

The Quality Project Manager ensures quality workstreams for large capital projects, overseeing lab design, utility coordination, and FDA compliance while managing timelines and budgets.

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics using UFDM to support manufacturing operations. Collaborate with factory leadership, engineering, IT, and Decision Intelligence to acquire and validate machine-level data, drive operational insights, enforce data governance, and train end users to improve operational KPIs and decision-making.

Lead planning and delivery of OT infrastructure for large capital projects, integrating PLCs, SCADA, MES, industrial networks, and OT cybersecurity through design, construction, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and handover while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring safety, compliance, and uptime.
