Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training for Client Services, develop and maintain learning content using adult learning principles and authoring tools, conduct new-hire onboarding, coach and mentor employees, collaborate with SMEs, assess training effectiveness, and recommend program improvements.

Provides real-time phone, email, and voicemail support to clients, manages warranty and product-related cases, documents interactions, conducts outbound calls, explains next steps, and resolves issues. The role requires accurate case management, strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, follow-up, and achievement of contact-center KPIs in a hybrid schedule with rotating Saturdays.

Serves as the functional expert for end-to-end product lifecycle processes across merchandising, planning, buying, sourcing, and product development. Identifies improvement opportunities, documents workflows, develops future-state processes, and uses data and KPIs to measure results. Leads cross-functional process improvement projects, including planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, communications, training, change adoption, and post-implementation monitoring.

Supports daily accounting operations through accounts receivable processing, invoicing, payment application, account reconciliation, EDI advance ship notices, and general AP/AR billing activities. Communicates with customers and vendors to resolve discrepancies, generates basic reports, maintains accurate financial records, and collaborates with AP, Payroll, and other teams. This is a full-time hourly office position with occasional overtime.

Lead Arhaus' social media strategy and execution across platforms, manage content calendar and team, collaborate with cross-functional partners, oversee creator partnerships, community engagement, performance tracking, and optimization to grow brand awareness and relevance.

Manage international transport logistics, ensuring timely movement of shipments. Coordinate with vendors and oversee freight expenditures while maintaining compliance with regulations.
