Lead business development across the Mid-Atlantic to grow assets under management by cultivating and expanding relationships with RIAs, advisors, bank trust departments, family offices, and consultants. Develop territory plans, collaborate with investment and service teams to deliver tailored solutions, represent the firm at events, maintain CRM activity records, and provide market intelligence to senior leadership.

This role assists departments with processes and procedures, requiring organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Provide paralegal and administrative support to the General Counsel and legal team, including legal research, document and contract preparation, litigation and e-discovery support, subpoena responses, vendor/contract management, regulatory filing assistance, calendar/travel/meeting coordination, and maintaining confidential legal files and tracking logs.

Support the Managed Assets Research department in delivering high-quality investment solutions through research, communications, and client portfolio reviews.
