Provides advanced customer-facing technical support for Strategy’s business intelligence products and cloud platform. Responsibilities include resolving complex incidents, managing cloud infrastructure and maintenance, troubleshooting Windows/Linux systems and cloud services, coordinating with development teams, documenting solutions, improving SOPs, mentoring junior engineers, and participating in on-call coverage and technical training.

Drives partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue by embedding Mosaic AI into Google Cloud, ISV, and system integrator architectures. Builds joint reference architectures, packaged solutions, marketplace offers, co-sell motions, and go-to-market plans with partners including Google, Databricks, Snowflake, and industry-focused SIs. Influences technical and executive stakeholders, supports field sales, manages pipeline and forecasts, develops enablement, and strengthens strategic ecosystem relationships.

Leads the global revenue recognition function, providing technical accounting guidance for complex software, SaaS, services, and multi-element arrangements. Owns ASC 606 policies, contract reviews, revenue close activities, auditor relationships, internal controls, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives. Partners with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Finance, and executives while managing and developing a global revenue accounting team.

Lead public sector partner strategy to generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue across the U.S. Federal Government. Recruit and enable systems integrators, resellers, cloud providers, and technology partners; build joint business plans and account-level co-selling strategies; drive partner-led solution development, demand generation, and operational governance. Measure success by partner-influenced pipeline, revenue, executive relationships, and forecast accuracy. Role is field-facing, revenue-producing, and requires frequent cross-functional coordination.
