Lead all community operations including staff recruiting, training, performance management, leasing (35% responsibility), budgeting, marketing, vendor/project oversight, property inspections, and resident satisfaction. Lead all community operations to ensure resident satisfaction and property performance. Manage, recruit, train, and evaluate staff; oversee leasing (35% responsibility), budgeting, marketing, vendor contracts, and capital projects while performing property inspections and resident tours.

Support the Director of Tax on federal, state, and local income, franchise, and sales tax compliance for Bell Partners and related entities. Review third-party-prepared returns, manage K-1 and tax delivery processes, assist with REIT qualification and investor reporting, perform tax research, support audits, prepare tax estimates and GAAP tax entries, and coordinate outsourced filings and annual reports.

Support the Community Manager with financial administration, rent collections, bank deposits, accounting/bookkeeping, leasing support, resident relations, delinquency management, reporting, market surveys, and administrative duties. May lead the community in manager absence.
