Senior market-facing role to develop and deepen relationships with private equity, venture capital, and technology companies in the NY Metro market. Lead enterprise-wide, cross-service pursuits, drive pipeline and revenue, coordinate multi-disciplinary CBIZ teams, and execute a regional growth strategy focused on portfolio penetration and long-term sponsor relationships.

Lead state and local tax (SALT) M&A engagements including multi-state due diligence, nexus and exposure analysis, tax law interpretation, report writing, engagement management, client advisory on deal structuring, post-close SALT work, and mentoring project teams while developing client relationships.

Lead and review tax engagements for individuals, trusts, and gifts; manage client relationships, staff supervision, budgeting, billing, and practice development. Serve as trusted advisor, ensure quality control, and support business development.

Provide financial analysis, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and decision-support for Accounting and Tax. Build and maintain models for capital and strategic decisions, identify process improvements, produce management narratives and presentations, support systems implementations and M&A analysis, and partner with cross-functional teams and senior finance leadership.

Own financial analysis, reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and modeling for Accounting and Tax. Provide actionable insights, drive process improvements, support M&A and systems projects, produce monthly management narratives, and partner with leadership on decision-making and financial strategy.

Lead and oversee audit engagements, manage multiple client relationships, supervise and mentor staff, ensure quality control and timely delivery, develop engagement budgets, handle billing and realization, and support business development activities.

Manage accounting, reporting, and compliance for international entities, including GL, reconciliations, intercompany, consolidation, foreign currency translation, and month/quarter/year-end close. Ensure U.S. GAAP and local statutory compliance, implement controls, support audits, integrate offshore operations, standardize processes, partner with FP&A and operations for budgeting and analysis, and supervise/mentor distributed accounting teams to drive efficiency and reporting transparency.

Lead buy- and sell-side transaction advisory engagements providing financial due diligence for middle-market companies and private equity clients. Produce detailed analyses and reports (cash flows, earnings quality, working capital, liabilities), advise on valuation and deal structure, manage engagements and teams, train junior staff, and develop client relationships. Travel as needed.

Lead tax practice activities including client relationship management, business development, quality control, staff management, and practice financial performance. Serve as a subject matter expert, participate in senior operations, and meet billing and revenue objectives.

Lead buy- and sell-side transaction advisory engagements delivering financial due diligence, complex analyses of cash flows, assets, earnings, working capital and risks; prepare reports and valuation/structuring recommendations; manage engagements and teams; train junior staff; develop client relationships; prepare and review databooks; present findings. Travel as required.
