Serve as a tax subject-matter expert and trusted client advisor, managing engagements, supervising and mentoring staff, overseeing deliverables (tax returns, financial statements), developing client relationships and new business, managing budgets and billing, and ensuring quality control and compliance with firm standards.

Manage client relationships, direct consulting/compliance engagements, guide audits, drive business development, deliver technical training, recruit and mentor staff, and contribute to internal practice management.

Perform and oversee accounting, tax, and audit engagements; manage engagement planning and budgets; review and mentor associates; meet charge hour goals; assist with billing and practice development; travel to client sites as needed.

Serve on the Risk & Advisory internal audit team delivering internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance services. Plan and execute process and control testing, identify control weaknesses, prepare audit documentation, supervise and mentor associates, and engage directly with public and private clients. Hybrid role with client site work and three days in-office/client-site requirement.

Manage and execute audits for alternative investment funds (hedge, VC, PE), prepare financial statements and disclosures, review portfolio valuations and fair value, collaborate with clients and administrators, research accounting issues, and support implementation of reporting changes under supervision.

Lead and manage audit engagements for private equity portfolio companies, build client relationships, coordinate cross‑service collaboration, support new client development, ensure timely deliverables, and travel as needed to client sites.
