Lead new clients through HCM/payroll implementation life cycle: discovery, configuration, testing, training, data migration, go-live support, and initial payroll runs while managing multiple projects and collaborating with consultants.

Lead a team to design, build, and deliver enterprise data warehouse and BI solutions. Develop data models, dashboards, automation, and performance metrics using Power BI, SQL, and modern cloud data platforms. Partner with stakeholders, security, and leadership to govern data, drive analytics initiatives, and present insights to executives.

Lead change management and adoption for AI engagements: develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption metrics. Partner with leaders and project teams, support transitions through implementation, monitor outcomes, and recommend policy and process improvements. Support Agile and Traditional SDLC efforts and use collaboration tools to drive sustained user adoption.

Lead development and oversight of AI governance frameworks, policies, controls, and risk/compliance practices. Partner with business, delivery, and technical teams to align governance with project delivery, support SDLC-based project governance, recommend improvements, and communicate governance expectations across the organization.

Work on internal audit and SOX compliance engagements, test processes and controls, identify control weaknesses, supervise and mentor associates, and support risk advisory projects for public and private clients. Hybrid role requiring client and office presence.
