Sell full-suite HCM and payroll solutions to new mid-market clients. Prospect and generate new logos, manage full sales cycle, track activity in CRM, collaborate with implementation teams, support cross-sell opportunities, and meet new revenue targets.

Drive new business across the West Region focusing on middle-market and enterprise clients. Build relationships with C-suite and financial leaders, qualify opportunities, run targeted sales campaigns with Client Service and Marketing, execute an annual sales plan, use Salesforce for activity reporting, and meet monthly appointment and annual sales goals.

Supports design, administration, and execution of broad-based and equity compensation programs. Manages grant tracking and stock plan data, conducts market benchmarking and internal equity analyses, prepares and validates proxy compensation tables, tracks Board compensation, performs audits and reconciliations for SEC/IRS compliance, and collaborates with HR, Finance, Legal, HRIS, and external vendors to improve processes.
