Lead tax engagements as a trusted advisor: manage client relationships, supervise and mentor staff, ensure quality control and on-time delivery, develop engagement budgets, support business development, and oversee billing and realization.

Serve as trusted tax advisor managing client engagements, deliverables, budgets, billing, and staff supervision. Drive client development, ensure quality control, mentor team members, and participate in practice development and proposals.

Serve as a subject-matter expert on SEC audit engagements; recommend process improvements; manage engagement teams and reviews; develop new clients and proposals; understand client qualified plan needs; supervise, train, and mentor staff; conduct performance evaluations; maintain quality control and meet deadlines; travel as needed.
