Provide in-house legal support for benefits and insurance practice groups including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts, vendor and account relationships, RFP support, acquisition assistance, AI-enhanced workflow development, primary P&C legal support for contracts and disputes, and maintaining contract templates.

Lead and grow private client tax practice: manage client relationships, expand revenue, ensure quality control, supervise staff, meet billing and business development goals, and support firm strategy.

Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted client advisor on tax matters. Manage client engagements, review deliverables, mentor staff, develop new clients, oversee billing and budgets, and support qualified plan needs. Provide technical reviews, ensure quality control, and drive team culture.

Partner with leaders to execute HR actions and talent processes, advise on employee relations, analyze workforce trends, support recruitment/onboarding, and ensure HR policy and regulatory compliance within a defined scope.
