Lead and manage multiple buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity clients. Oversee analyses, review workpapers, manage timelines and quality control, present findings to stakeholders, exercise technical transaction judgment, and coach junior team members.

Lead preparation, review, and filing of Form 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K; prepare consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A; manage XBRL tagging and Workiva optimization; account for debt and derivatives; research technical ASC accounting issues; maintain SOX controls; support audits, Board and Audit Committee materials, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead client tax engagements, grow revenue, perform short- and long-term business planning, manage practice metrics and staff, serve as trusted advisor and subject matter expert, ensure quality control, participate in senior operations and business development, and travel as needed.

Lead Global Information Reporting (GIR) co-sourcing/outsourcing engagements for private equity clients: manage client relationships, expand revenue, oversee engagement teams, ensure quality control, drive business planning, and provide technical expertise in international withholding and reporting.

Perform and oversee accounting, tax, and audit engagements; manage engagement budgets and deadlines; review and mentor staff; contribute to practice development, client billing, and specialty practice knowledge; travel to client sites as needed.
