Lead and grow an audit practice by developing client relationships, driving business development, overseeing budgets, ensuring quality controls, coaching staff, managing billing/collections, and participating in senior operations. Responsible for meeting departmental goals and administrative management of the business unit.

Lead HR operations and partner with business leaders to drive talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, policy implementation, training, and retention. Serve as liaison with Corporate HR, manage HRIS and personnel files, handle disciplinary actions, exit interviews, unemployment claims, and supervise HR staff while supporting strategic HR initiatives and special projects.

Provide advanced tax and accounting expertise, prepare and review tax returns, lead small-to-medium engagements, supervise and mentor staff, coordinate with partners/managers, manage multiple assignments and deadlines, and leverage accounting software (Axcess Tax, Engagement, SurePrep).

Lead tax process improvements and digital transformation by gathering and documenting requirements, designing workflows, facilitating workshops, and partnering with IT and BI/AI teams to implement automation and tax platforms. Support project management, change management, KPI monitoring, vendor evaluation, and adoption of tax technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Serve as tax subject-matter expert and trusted advisor; manage client engagements, billing, and quality control; supervise, train, and mentor staff; participate in business development, client meetings, and proposals; ensure deadlines and engagement budgets are met.

Provide administrative support to the tax team by preparing documents, managing records, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, basic bookkeeping, and arranging travel.

Supervise accounting, tax, and audit engagements; manage engagement budgets and charge hours; review and mentor staff; assist with client billing; develop industry specialization and participate in practice development; perform administrative duties and travel to client sites as needed.

Perform internal audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing of financial and operational processes, identify control weaknesses, supervise and mentor associates, engage with public and private clients, and assist in developing audit documentation and testing procedures.
