Provide administrative support by resolving internal and external customer requests, researching and assembling data, preparing documentation and proposals, advising management, assisting with subject-matter training, and performing additional assigned duties.

Serve as primary client contact for employer/group benefits accounts: deliver service, resolve moderately complex issues, coordinate with internal teams and vendors for enrollments, renewals, and new client setup, input data into software, conduct client meetings, escalate concerns, and identify opportunities for additional coverage.

Lead tax engagements as a subject matter expert: oversee staff, ensure quality control, develop client relationships, identify business opportunities, advise on qualified plans, and support proposal development and team mentorship.

Lead and complete accounting, tax, and audit engagements; review and supervise associates; manage engagement budgets and deadlines; train staff; support client billing and practice development; develop specialty knowledge and leverage industry expertise to identify cross-serve opportunities.

Manage commercial litigation and pre-litigation disputes, advise business leaders, oversee outside counsel, coordinate discovery and e-discovery, support subpoena responses, and drive litigation strategy, risk mitigation, and cost-effective matter management.

Provide investment expertise for retirement plan clients: perform manager due diligence and investment analysis, maintain preferred fund lists and Investment Policy, produce reports using Morningstar Direct and Envestnet, support RFPs and vendor relationships, present investment reviews, assist with strategic projects and participant advice.

Advise on retirement plan document design and lifecycle (amendments, restatements, terminations, IRS submissions). Research, analyze, and resolve plan issues; consult with sponsors; provide client service and problem resolution. Support compliance and regulatory guidance and assist with additional assigned duties.

Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120-S), assist with tax planning and research, collaborate with outsourced accounting teams and firm leadership, communicate with clients on tax matters, and grow into broader client relationship responsibilities.

Manage accounting, reporting, and compliance for international entities, including GL, reconciliations, intercompany, consolidation, foreign currency translation, and month/quarter/year-end close. Ensure U.S. GAAP and local statutory compliance, implement controls, support audits, integrate offshore operations, standardize processes, partner with FP&A and operations for budgeting and analysis, and supervise/mentor distributed accounting teams to drive efficiency and reporting transparency.

Coordinate candidate communications and interview logistics, manage ATS requisitions and candidate tracking, support recruiting events and campus programs, produce recruiting metrics and market research, assist with recruiting technology and social media content, and handle administrative recruiting projects.
