Lead tax process and technology transformation by analyzing requirements, designing scalable solutions, implementing automation and BI/AI-driven analytics, facilitating stakeholder workshops, supporting project and change management, and monitoring adoption and performance metrics.

Provide full-charge bookkeeping and accounting support for clients including bank reconciliations, general ledger postings, client data collection and review, preparing engagement letters and correspondence, operating accounting/tax software, back-end processing and preparing client billing and possibly corporate tax returns.

Lead and support strategic transformation initiatives across service lines by analyzing and redesigning processes, translating business needs into technical requirements, implementing AI and analytics solutions, facilitating workshops, supporting project and change management, developing business cases with ROI, and monitoring KPIs to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Lead external audits and internal controls (SOX/ICFR) for manufacturing and distribution clients. Design audit plans, research complex accounting transactions, supervise and mentor staff, manage client relationships, and support business development. Requires CPA licensure and travel to client sites.
