Lead SALT compliance and consulting engagements for financial services clients, advise on multistate tax issues (apportionment, sourcing, nexus), support audit defense and controversy, analyze filing footprints, monitor state tax developments, and grow the firms SALT practice within financial services.

Lead and coordinate SEC audit engagements, supervise and review staff work, evaluate financial statements and SEC filings, identify and mitigate engagement risks, maintain quality control, develop client relationships, provide on-the-job training, and travel to client sites as needed.

Support and perform audits for alternative investment funds (hedge, VC, private equity), prepare financial statements and schedules, review portfolio valuations and fair value measurements, collaborate with clients and administrators, research technical accounting issues, and assist with implementing new reporting requirements under supervision.

Lead design, governance, and administration of global compensation strategy and long-term incentive programs (RSUs, PSUs).
