Serve as the primary client-facing resource for complex employer/group benefits accounts: manage renewals, open enrollment, client setup, service delivery, escalate issues, maintain data integrity, coach junior staff, and promote additional coverage.

Lead and grow a high-net-worth tax practice: manage client relationships, business development, budgeting, billing, staff coaching, quality control, and department performance. Ensure timely fee collection, meet goals, and participate in senior management activities. Travel as needed for client and business requirements.

Lead and coordinate SEC audit engagements, supervise and review staff work, evaluate financial statements and SEC filings, identify and mitigate engagement risks, maintain quality control, develop client relationships, provide on-the-job training, and travel to client sites as needed.

Lead client relationships and expand revenue, manage practice performance (billing, realization, AR), oversee staff and quality control, support business planning and development, serve as technical subject-matter expert, and participate in senior operations management. May travel to meet client and business needs.
