Lead tax co-sourcing engagements for private credit/private debt funds, managing tax compliance, returns, K-1 reviews, notices, client relationships, staffing, budgets, and mentoring staff while providing technical and strategic tax advice.

Perform and manage accounting, tax, and audit engagements; adhere to quality standards and budgets; review and mentor staff; communicate with clients; support billing and practice development; travel as needed.
