Provide co-sourced tax services for global private equity funds: review federal, state and foreign returns and K-1s; prepare schedules; coordinate compliance and estimates; respond to notices; support operations; train associates; manage client relationships and projects.

Support and execute audits for alternative investment funds (hedge, VC, PE), perform audit testing, prepare financial statements and schedules, review portfolio valuations and fair value measurements, collaborate with clients and administrators, research technical accounting matters, and assist with implementing new reporting requirements under US GAAP and IFRS.

Support regional marketing initiatives across New England including proposal development, event and sponsorship execution, campaign setup (email/landing pages), content and communications, and coordination with regional leaders and national teams to maintain marketing resources and metrics.

Lead tax engagements and advise clients on tax matters; manage engagement budgets, billing, and quality control; supervise, train, and mentor staff; drive client development and retention; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and meet charge hour goals.

Lead strategic tax consulting engagements including transaction planning for M&A, researching tax strategies (e.g., Section 1202), assessing operating and ownership structures, developing transaction strategies, managing and mentoring staff, supporting client development, and ensuring quality control and clear technical communication to client service teams.
