Sell employee benefits through consultative sales to new and existing clients, build and manage a qualified pipeline, document activity, present recommendations, close business, transition clients to service teams, support cross-selling, meet annual sales goals, and provide market intelligence to leadership.

Lead technical accounting advisory engagements (ASC 606, ASC 842, business combinations, equity/debt, SEC reporting), manage client relationships and engagement deliverables, research complex accounting issues, mentor staff, implement technology and automation solutions, and support business development and thought leadership.

Provide US-outbound international tax and transfer pricing advice for US-headquartered multinationals. Manage engagements, prepare and review tax filings and disclosures (ASC 740, Forms 5471/8858/8865/1120-series, FATCA/FBAR), support audits, restructuring, repatriation, foreign tax credit optimization, and maintain tax basis and documentation. Coordinate with transfer pricing teams and prepare technical memoranda, elections, and global tax calculations.

Lead and grow high-net-worth tax practice: manage client relationships, expand revenue, oversee staff and quality control, meet billing and business development goals, serve as technical SME, and support firm strategy and operations.
