Lead technical and transactional accounting engagements, apply US GAAP (and IFRS as applicable), manage SEC and financial reporting, supervise and train staff, ensure high-quality deliverables, advise clients on process improvements, and support business development.

Develop and expand relationships with private equity, investment banking, and M&A professionals in the NY Metro market. Lead outreach, meetings, and follow-up; track activity in Salesforce; use PitchBook and LinkedIn for research; collaborate with marketing; attend industry events; and maintain product and market knowledge to advance business opportunities.

Serve as a tax subject matter expert and trusted client advisor; manage client engagements, reviews, billing, and business development; supervise, train and mentor staff; ensure quality control on deliverables; participate in client meetings, proposals, and identify client opportunities. Travel as needed.

Sell employee benefits through consultative conversations to new and existing clients. Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, document activity in company systems, present recommendations, close business, transition clients to service teams, and support cross-selling. Maintain client relationships, meet annual sales goals, obtain required licenses, and travel as needed.
