Lead month-end and year-end close for multiple clients, prepare financial statements and audit schedules, manage audits and tax filings (990/1099), enforce internal controls, oversee reconciliations and allocations, handle grant reporting and client billing, and train and mentor staff accountants.

Lead and manage audit engagements for alternative investment funds (private equity, infrastructure, private credit, venture capital, real estate). Serve as primary client contact and subject matter expert on ASC 946, valuations, LPA waterfalls, and disclosures. Drive regional growth, business development, quality control, billing targets, staff development, and adoption of AI/technology initiatives.

Manage outsourced accounting engagements: build client relationships, oversee financial reporting, budgets, controls, AR/AP, review reconciliations and payroll, analyze performance, mentor staff, and support business development. Travel to client sites as needed.

Provide co-sourced tax services for private credit/debt funds, handling federal, state and foreign compliance, K-1s, notices, year-end estimates, engagement budgeting, staff supervision, client relationship management, and technical reviews to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
