Serve as the primary client-facing resource for assigned employer/group benefits accounts, resolving moderately complex service issues, coordinating with carriers/vendors, managing enrollments, renewals and new client setups, inputting data into systems, escalating concerns, and driving client retention and cross-sell opportunities. May mentor junior service staff.

Serve as subject matter expert for international tax matters, advise clients, manage tax engagements and reviews, supervise and mentor staff, drive client development and billing, and ensure quality control and compliance with firm procedures.

Lead and review tax engagements: research accounting standards, prepare and review advanced tax returns and workpapers, supervise and mentor staff, manage client relationships, ensure documentation standards, and stay current on technical developments.

Manage month‑end and year‑end close, prepare financial statements and audit schedules, review reconciliations, lead audit preparation and external auditor communications, prepare clients' 990/1099/tax forms, recommend controls and policies, supervise and train staff, handle billing and grant reporting, and maintain client accounting operations.

Lead buy- and sell-side transaction advisory engagements delivering financial due diligence for middle-market companies and private equity. Produce detailed reports and analyses (cash flow, earnings quality, working capital, liabilities), advise on valuation and deal structure, manage engagements and teams, train junior staff, develop client relationships, and propose solutions to transaction risks.

Lead and grow a tax practice: client relationship management, business development, budgeting, billing and collections, staff coaching, quality control, and administrative oversight. Ensure practice meets goals and may join senior operations leadership. Requires CPA and travel as needed.

Lead tax engagements as a trusted advisor: manage client relationships, supervise and mentor staff, ensure quality control and on-time delivery, develop engagement budgets, support business development, and oversee billing and realization.

Sell and consult on employee benefits to new and existing clients, build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, document activity, present recommendations, close business, transition clients to service teams, support cross-selling, and provide market intelligence to leadership.

Lead and manage private client tax engagements, provide tax planning and compliance services for high-net-worth individuals, oversee audits, develop business, train and mentor staff, and contribute to internal tax department leadership.
