Manages FP&A processes for a residential solar installation team, partnering with senior operations leaders to forecast revenue, performance, and P&L results. Analyzes actual financial data, maintains monthly, quarterly, and annual plans, identifies cost-saving opportunities, and provides operational insights to senior management. Lead and execute risk-based SOX 404 testing and internal audits across financial and operational cycles. Advise across transactional, regulatory, securities, employment, IP, consumer finance, and construction matters for a consumer-facing renewable energy company.

Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities including complex journal entries, reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, SEC reporting support, SOX controls, audit preparation, and process improvement while mentoring staff.

Support enterprise FP&A: lead planning, forecasting, modeling, executive and Board reporting, variance analysis, and process automation. Partner with Accounting, Treasury, IR, and business leaders to deliver insights, support AOP/rolling forecasts, cash forecasting, and strategic capital allocation.
