Troubleshoots incidents, administers accounts and endpoints, manages hardware and software lifecycles, maintains asset records and documentation, supports remote offices, and assists with basic network, server, and cloud administration. Promotes cybersecurity and responsible AI usage, coordinates with vendors, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.
