Supports member and staff inquiries, card maintenance, payment channels, suspense-account postings, and regulatory compliance involving NACHA, OFAC, BSA, and related laws. Provides courteous member service while managing detailed work, deadlines, audits, and multiple priorities in a primarily onsite hybrid environment.

Provides personalized financial planning and investment advice to credit union members, covering retirement, insurance, wealth management, and financial products. Builds and manages a book of business through consultative sales, prospecting, relationship development, and revenue generation. Ensures compliance with SEC, FINRA, NCUA, broker-dealer, AML, and credit union requirements while maintaining accurate records, licenses, continuing education, and administrative documentation.

Lead vision, strategy, and operations for enterprise IT infrastructure. Manage 24x7 production support, vendor relationships, budgets, compliance (SOX, banking regulations), disaster recovery, and align IT investments with business goals while coaching and developing staff.
