Leads and contributes hands-on to enterprise application development, integrations, APIs, databases, deployments, troubleshooting, production support, and technical architecture. Manages application developers, assigns work, conducts code reviews, establishes development and security standards, and supports recruiting and performance management. Provides customer service, handles card-related requests, maintains payment entries, and manages detailed operational tasks in a hybrid banking environment.

Lead vision, strategy, and operations for enterprise IT infrastructure. Manage 24x7 production support, vendor relationships, budgets, compliance (SOX, banking regulations), disaster recovery, and align IT investments with business goals while coaching and developing staff.

Provides personalized financial planning and investment advice to credit union members, covering retirement, insurance, wealth management, and financial products. Builds and manages a book of business through consultative sales, prospecting, relationship development, and revenue generation. Ensures compliance with SEC, FINRA, NCUA, broker-dealer, AML, and credit union requirements while maintaining accurate records, licenses, continuing education, and administrative documentation.
