Provides comprehensive executive and administrative support to a Co-President, including complex calendar management, communications, domestic and international travel coordination, CRM maintenance, expense reporting, meeting preparation, office logistics, vendor coordination, and confidential information handling. The role also improves administrative processes, supports executive offices, manages ad hoc projects, and provides backup coverage for the Executive Assistant team. It requires strong judgment, organization, communication, discretion, adaptability, and consistent on-site availability.

Leads Technology Solutions programs from initiation through closeout, establishing governance, managing plans, resources, vendors, risks, budgets, testing, integrations, data migration, deployment, and operational handoff. The role coordinates business, technical, executive, and vendor stakeholders; oversees system implementation and decommissioning; manages communications and change control; and delivers transparent reporting and project documentation.

Leads the firmwide integrated marketing agenda, including brand positioning, content strategy, thought leadership, campaigns, digital and paid media, creative services, and performance analytics. Oversees marketing and creative teams, manages agencies and vendors, partners with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts, and ensures consistent messaging and visual identity across channels. Builds scalable marketing processes, develops talent, and translates complex investment topics into compelling content for investors, sponsors, partners, and employees.

Manage and enhance the firms compliance program focusing on AML/KYC, regulatory filings (e.g., Form ADV, Form PF), compliance controls, monitoring and testing, advertising reviews, investigations, and special projects. Provide guidance to senior management, assess control effectiveness, update policies for regulatory changes, and support exam preparedness while collaborating across Legal & Compliance.

Lead accounting and reporting for multiple private investment funds, ensure US GAAP compliance, support fund launches, manage NAV/NAV administrators, prepare financial statements and investor reporting, drive process improvements, and coordinate capital calls, distributions, audits and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Support investor onboarding, account maintenance, and investor requests; execute SLAs, coordinate with back-office teams, capture call follow-ups, meet team metrics, and contribute to projects and data governance while ensuring compliance with tax and AML rules.

Support PMO and Project Managers to plan, execute, track and report complex initiatives. Own assigned projects end-to-end, draft charters, build cross-functional teams, manage risks/issues, prepare status reports, run meetings, and present progress to senior leadership.

Responsible for accounting and investor/SEC reporting for one or more BDC funds, maintaining general ledgers, preparing monthly/quarterly close packages and forecasts, supporting audits and investor communications, ensuring SOX controls, and coordinating with Treasury, Tax, Operations and other teams.

Lead and advance Vendor Risk Management (VRM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) programs, oversee vendor lifecycle and automation, deliver risk reporting and training, identify and mitigate operational risks, and drive cross-functional adoption and continuous improvement across the firm.
