Responsibilities include complex calendar and meeting coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, confidential communications, presentations, filing, expense reports, vendor payments, office equipment and supplies, onboarding and offboarding, and supervision of administrative staff. Requires technical understanding of electronic materials and approximately 30% domestic and international travel.

Leads project controls for capital projects, integrating cost, schedule, forecasting, risk, change management, and performance reporting. Advises project leadership, oversees project controls resources, supports project assurance reviews, monitors performance metrics and intervention thresholds, and drives corrective actions. Partners with engineering, construction, procurement, and business stakeholders to improve project predictability, governance, and outcomes across project execution stages.
