Sell specialty and artisan food products to chefs, cheesemongers, and foodservice professionals across a territory. Manage existing accounts, prospect new business, run demos/tastings, represent products at trade shows and events, and collaborate with artisan suppliers. Track customer needs, resolve issues, and grow sales through relationship-building and commission-based incentives.

Manage and grow specialty and artisan food sales within an assigned territory. Develop relationships with chefs, cheesemongers, and artisan manufacturers, conduct product demos, tastings, and trade show events, prospect new accounts, manage existing customers, and close sales. Participate in marketing events and product selection, handle client concerns, and work a flexible, independent schedule to meet sales targets and earn commissions and bonuses.

Manage and grow specialty and artisan foodservice accounts across an assigned territory through outside sales, product demos, tastings, trade shows, and relationship-building. Prospect new customers, resolve client concerns, participate in marketing and tasting events, and drive sales growth through commissions and incentives.

Analyze sales performance, build and maintain reports/dashboards, identify trends, support forecasting and revenue impact analysis, and present actionable recommendations to sales leadership and executives to improve revenue and reporting processes.
