Sell and manage truck brokerage accounts across intra-Mexico and cross-border operations. Build carrier and customer relationships, develop pricing and quotes for truckload/LTL/multimodal, track KPIs, use Turvo and Power BI for forecasting, and support strategic sales initiatives and compliance.

Prepare regular management reports and dashboards, support month-end close, analyze gross profit, payroll/labor, and commissions, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to optimize costs and profitability.

Generate profitable sales of frozen food commodities by maintaining current customer accounts and developing new customers, while managing inventory and sales metrics.
