Lead Cortland's enterprise brand creative strategy and in-house creative team to deliver cohesive, scalable creative across digital, social, print, video, and experiential channels. Drive brand systems, storytelling, AI-enabled content innovation, creative operations, and cross-functional partnerships while building high-performing teams and managing agency relationships to support growth and demand-generation objectives.

Support Client Relations & Capital Markets by producing quarterly investor reporting, responding to investor inquiries, preparing RFPs and investor deliverables, managing investor portal and databases, and improving processes to ensure accurate, polished communications and analytics.

Provide senior legal counsel to residential operations on resident matters, property management, compliance, litigation, and risk. Oversee litigation strategy and outside counsel, conduct compliance reviews and training, draft and negotiate operational contracts, partner with business leaders to mitigate risk, and lead a small legal team supporting multi-state multifamily portfolios.

Manage post move-out resident accounts to resolve disputes, negotiate settlements and payment plans, process and reconcile payments, maintain compliant documentation, coordinate recovery and third-party placements, and partner with internal teams to improve recovery rates and reduce write-offs.

Validate and reconcile resident final account statements prior to account closure to protect rental revenue. Review leases, charges, utilities, and documentation; ensure compliance with billing standards; partner with onsite teams, Resident Services, and Account Settlement; participate in audits and reporting; identify process improvements to reduce disputes and revenue loss.

Serve as a strategic FP&A partner delivering budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and long-range planning. Build dynamic financial models and executive-level presentations, automate reporting, ensure data integrity in planning systems, and influence cross-functional decision-making to drive performance and capital allocation.

Serve as the onsite welcoming face and operational partner, driving leasing and revenue while ensuring compliance, conducting inspections, managing vendors, maintaining CRM accuracy, executing marketing and resident engagement programs, and delivering concierge-level resident service to meet occupancy and KPI targets.

Serve as primary contact for prospective residents; review and process rental applications, verify documentation, manage communications via calls/emails/chats, de-escalate issues, use property management platforms and CRM, uphold Fair Housing, and collaborate to meet high-volume contact center goals. Flexible schedule including weekends required.

Serve as the community's welcoming face and operational partner: drive leasing and revenue, manage vendor and onsite operations, ensure compliance and curb appeal, deliver concierge-level resident experience, maintain CRM and marketing, and plan resident engagement events.

Design and deploy production-ready machine learning and statistical models, partner with stakeholders to prioritize use cases, build data pipelines and infrastructure, monitor and improve models, and communicate insights using BI and GIS visualization tools.
