Lead marketing and lead‑generation strategy for a regional multifamily portfolio: analyze submarkets, partner with onsite and corporate teams, manage digital and offline campaigns, optimize lead sources, oversee branding/collateral, track performance metrics, and drive occupancy and revenue through targeted outreach and community engagement.

Provide high-trust executive support to the CFO, CTO and other leaders: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate Board and Audit Committee meetings, prepare briefs and materials, track action items, handle confidential financial correspondence, streamline processes, and drive cross-functional alignment to enable executive decision-making and organizational execution.

Serve as the onsite welcoming face and operational partner, driving leasing and revenue while managing resident experience, inspections, vendor relations, marketing, and CRM pipeline to meet occupancy and KPI targets.

Lead Cortland's enterprise brand creative strategy and in-house creative team to deliver cohesive, scalable creative across digital, social, print, video, and experiential channels. Drive brand systems, storytelling, AI-enabled content innovation, creative operations, and cross-functional partnerships while building high-performing teams and managing agency relationships to support growth and demand-generation objectives.

Support fund reporting, investor statements, capital calls/distributions, quarterly and year-end close, bank and equity reconciliations, audit coordination, cash/treasury management, fee and waterfall calculations, and collaborate with investments and management on financial deliverables and process improvements.

Support Client Relations & Capital Markets by producing quarterly investor reporting, responding to investor inquiries, preparing RFPs and investor deliverables, managing investor portal and databases, and improving processes to ensure accurate, polished communications and analytics.

Manage post move-out resident accounts to resolve disputes, negotiate settlements and payment plans, process and reconcile payments, maintain compliant documentation, coordinate recovery and third-party placements, and partner with internal teams to improve recovery rates and reduce write-offs.

Validate and reconcile resident final account statements prior to account closure to protect rental revenue. Review leases, charges, utilities, and documentation; ensure compliance with billing standards; partner with onsite teams, Resident Services, and Account Settlement; participate in audits and reporting; identify process improvements to reduce disputes and revenue loss.

Serve as a strategic FP&A partner delivering budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and long-range planning. Build dynamic financial models and executive-level presentations, automate reporting, ensure data integrity in planning systems, and influence cross-functional decision-making to drive performance and capital allocation.
