Provides administrative and clerical support throughout the post-foreclosure and real estate-owned property process. The Loss Mitigation Specialist educates borrowers about foreclosure alternatives, evaluates financial hardship documentation, determines workout eligibility, communicates approvals or denials, follows up on required agreements and modification documents, and addresses account, title, complaint, and escalation questions.
