Early-career TechOps role in Binance Accelerator Program focused on observability, automation, and AIOps foundations. Build dashboards, alerts, runbooks, automate repetitive support tasks, perform RCAs, prototype lightweight agents/skills, and improve incident management workflows. Hands-on with logging/metrics/traces, basic MLOps concepts, and support-driven product improvements.

Lead product direction and roadmap for backend trading systems, including matching and risk engines and pricing models for derivatives. Translate complex trading and risk logic into technical requirements, collaborate with engineering through full product lifecycle, monitor backend performance, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Support global compensation and benefits operations, handle benefits renewals and special projects, conduct market benchmarking and data analysis, prepare compensation review baseline and budget, build tools/templates to improve accuracy and efficiency, and generate insights for pay and cost management.
