Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and leadership team, including complex calendar and travel management, meeting and event planning, drafting correspondence, processing financial forms, coordinating stakeholders, tracking follow-up items, and leading special projects. Lead electroplating process development and equipment ownership for a 300mm wafer plating system in a multi-disciplinary core facility. Support operations, increase equipment uptime, respond to production issues, implement process improvements, and provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers and users. Use statistical process control and chemical metrology to ensure process performance and customer requirements are met.

Provide administrative and supervisory support for residence hall front desks: recruit, train, schedule and supervise student desk staff; manage keys/access, payroll entries, trainings, crisis response, and customer service while living on-campus and serving on rotating after-hours/on-call shifts.

Provide grading and substantive feedback for large-enrollment asynchronous English ULC courses (ENG101/102), monitor and engage in discussion boards, complete initial virtual training and calibration sessions, assist learners with course navigation, and support faculty. Temporary, part-time PRN role (up to 19.5 hrs/week) requiring fingerprinting and background check.

Develops and manages student engagement, career readiness, and retention programs across multiple campuses. Plans and markets events, supervises and onboards student staff, coordinates with university partners, connects students to resources, and assesses program effectiveness. Oversees communications, alumni programming, and internship coordination while performing administrative duties and representing the college in the Associate Director's absence.

Provide grading, feedback, and course management support for large-scale asynchronous online Universal Learner Courses in social sciences. Monitor discussion boards, assist learners with course navigation, participate in training and calibration, and perform other assigned course support tasks.

Provide advanced deskside and remote endpoint support while administering and securing enterprise devices. Manage Intune, MECM, Jamf Pro, Entra ID, and Active Directory; enforce security/compliance policies, perform vulnerability analysis, automate tasks with scripting, maintain documentation, and deliver high-touch support for executive and departmental users.

Design and produce platform-optimized social content (graphics, carousels, Stories), lightweight motion, and short-form video. Edit Reels/Shorts, adapt campaign assets, build reusable templates, capture lightweight footage, maintain brand consistency, collaborate with marketing, contribute to content planning, and keep up with platform trends. Hybrid role based in Scottsdale, AZ.
