Develop and maintain backend services for the Leap quantum-classical cloud platform. Drive operational efficiency and process rigor across engineering teams by planning and executing projects, removing roadblocks, optimizing tooling and workflows (Jira/Confluence/MS Project/Smartsheet), enforcing configuration management and PLC practices, and coordinating hardware/software productization and stakeholder communication to ensure predictable delivery.
