The Staff Technical Account Manager will lead technical engagements, support quantum solution integration, and build customer relationships. Responsibilities include presentations, technical support, and collaboration with internal teams to address customer needs.

Provide high-level administrative support to two senior government-facing executives: manage complex calendars and travel, prepare meeting materials and briefings, capture decisions and follow-ups, handle executive correspondence and stakeholder communications, coordinate projects and process improvements, and leverage collaboration and enterprise systems to drive operational efficiency while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Senior Product Manager to define and drive product strategy for D-Wave's quantum computing systems and cloud services, collaborating with engineering, customers, and cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade quantum products and services.

Operate and improve hybrid infrastructure and platform reliability across on-prem and AWS environments. Build and maintain observability (logging, metrics, dashboards, alerts), manage Kubernetes platforms and containerized workloads, troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and databases, implement infrastructure-as-code, and automate operational tasks to improve system reliability and incident response.

Lead end-to-end development of high-value U.S. government proposals for quantum hardware R&D. Identify funding opportunities, build business cases, coordinate cross-functional teams for budgeting/resourcing, ensure compliance and submission quality, integrate AI tools compliantly, and engage government program managers while tracking federal spending and competitor activity.

Design, prototype, test, and improve mechanical components and subassemblies for cryogenic, vacuum, and electromechanical quantum hardware. Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and documentation; perform tolerance and thermal analyses; support hands-on assembly, integration, testing, and troubleshooting; collaborate with teams and suppliers to resolve fabrication and performance issues.

Design and deliver quantum optimization solutions: gather requirements, model use cases, build/test prototypes and production applications on D-Wave systems, liaise with customers and internal teams, and drive successful project delivery.

Drive operational efficiency and process rigor across engineering teams by planning and executing projects, removing roadblocks, optimizing tooling and workflows (Jira/Confluence/MS Project/Smartsheet), enforcing configuration management and PLC practices, and coordinating hardware/software productization and stakeholder communication to ensure predictable delivery.

Design and build core platform infrastructure, backend services, and user-facing features for gate-model quantum systems. Collaborate with product, science, and engineering teams to implement scalable, maintainable systems, front-end interfaces, tooling, APIs, testing, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide advanced end-user IT support and act as senior escalation for hardware, software, networking, authentication, and endpoint issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux. Lead onboarding/offboarding, identity and access management, automated deployments (PXE/Windows Deployment/Intune), incident response, mentoring, documentation, and process improvements. Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and deliver recurring technology awareness training.
