Serve as Workday Talent, Learning, and Journeys SME: configure and maintain performance reviews, learning campaigns, and employee journeys; provide Tier 2 HRIS support; build reports/dashboards; automate HR processes; evaluate releases; troubleshoot issues; document configurations and train stakeholders to improve HR service delivery and data integrity.
