Leads Stellar’s Solutions Engineering function, managing Solutions Architects and Engineers while overseeing enterprise partner integrations from discovery through production support. The role combines people leadership, systems architecture, technical escalations, partner engagement, program design, quality standards, hiring, training, and certification. It also partners with Product and Engineering to address ecosystem needs, improve tooling, and scale repeatable engagement models for blockchain integrations.

Leads Stellar’s Solutions Engineering function, managing Solutions Architects and Engineers while overseeing enterprise partner integrations from discovery through production support. Provides architectural guidance, technical escalations, and quality oversight for scalable blockchain integrations. Establishes engagement models, partner tiering, SLAs, documentation, training, and certification programs. Collaborates with Product and Engineering on partner-driven roadmap priorities and represents SDF in strategic technical discussions.

Design, build, and maintain Stellar Core, the distributed system powering the Stellar blockchain. Responsibilities include developing scalable network components, improving peer-to-peer and processing performance, strengthening resilience and decentralization, investigating bottlenecks, authoring protocol specifications, and contributing to architecture, code reviews, and open-source engineering practices.

Design, build, and maintain Stellar Core, the distributed system powering the Stellar blockchain ledger and consensus. Develop scalable, resilient components; improve peer-to-peer networking and processing performance; investigate bottlenecks; and contribute to architecture, code reviews, RFCs, formal verification, simulations, and open-source collaboration. The role requires production C++ or Rust expertise, strong software design skills, and ownership of core subsystems.

Manage partner integration programs for the Stellar blockchain network, coordinating engineering, business development, marketing, product, and account management teams. Own partner roadmaps, lead technical and business meetings, resolve dependencies and blockers, maintain program documentation, measure performance against OKRs, and establish scalable program-management processes. The role requires technical fluency, financial services experience, blockchain familiarity, strong communication and leadership skills, and willingness to travel internationally.

Manage partner software and product integrations with the Stellar Network, coordinating engineering and business stakeholders from launch through completion. Own partner roadmaps, dependencies, risks, milestones, documentation, and program performance. Lead technical and business meetings, establish scalable program-management processes, and ensure delivery against organizational goals. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, technical fluency, and experience working with external partners in financial services and blockchain environments.
