Lead editorial development and performance for a slate of WEBTOON Originals: guide series from pitch to launch, provide creator-facing editorial feedback, develop editorial frameworks and bibles, source new talent and titles, collaborate with Content Strategy, Marketing, and Content Ops, and mentor assistant editors to improve creator workflows and maximize audience retention and commercial success.
