The E&C Post Order Manager oversees supplier management and coordination activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment, compliance with project specifications, and efficient resolution of claims and issues.

Lead and execute sales and business development for Air Liquide Global E&C Solutions US, driving revenue growth and large-scale industrial project wins. Develop sales plans, pursue opportunities across chemicals, refining, petrochemicals and renewables, manage full sales cycle, negotiate contracts, build C-level relationships, collaborate with engineering and project teams, represent the company at industry events, and monitor performance against targets.

Lead development and deployment of a multi-year Quality APC program: assess sites, prioritize and implement APC projects, maintain models and digital tools, calculate savings, develop KPIs, mentor APC staff, support operations with troubleshooting, loop tuning, documentation, and project execution to improve plant and system efficiency.

Manage regional sales for special gas delivery equipment, develop technical/commercial proposals, coordinate with France/Taiwan and customers, produce P&ID and product documentation, forecast sales, and support cross-functional project delivery to meet profit and customer requirements.

Design, develop, and optimize turboexpander rotating equipment. Create 3D CAD models and detailed drawings, support manufacturing and procurement, troubleshoot field issues, lead RCAs, and drive product development and continuous improvement to meet safety and engineering standards.

Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering design activities to meet contractual, quality, and schedule requirements. Facilitate meetings, manage document control, support procurement and vendor documentation, track changes and risks, support design reviews and construction/fabrication issue resolution, and assist proposals and basis-of-design reviews.

Provide technical expertise for selection, design, implementation and ongoing management of instrumentation and analytical equipment. Troubleshoot and coordinate contractors/field personnel, specify instruments and suppliers, develop control strategies, manage selected projects, train staff, and maintain Safety Instrument System documentation while promoting safety and quality.

Manage procurement and supply chain operations for Seppic North America: negotiate supplier contracts, oversee MRP/ERP and inventory for Richmond/Polykon sites, lead the Procurement & Supply Chain team, ensure GMP/EFFCi compliance, participate in S&OP, handle shipping and claims, and implement corporate purchasing best practices.

Manage sourcing and negotiation of equipment, materials, and services for large capital projects. Run RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, analyze bids, negotiate terms, issue POs in SAP, coordinate technical clarifications with engineering and suppliers, maintain purchasing records and supplier relationships, support proposal budgeting, and present procurement updates to project stakeholders.

The Process Engineering Intern will assist engineering teams in biogas upgrading projects, update P&IDs, create specifications, and provide support with project documentation and safety practices.
