Support RIA & Custody Services by identifying, assessing, and reporting operational and regulatory risks. Conduct due diligence, evaluate controls, analyze data for trends, partner with stakeholders to improve workflows, and maintain knowledge of custody/clearing regulations and market events.

Assist with account management and support financial advisors in planning and implementation, maintain compliance, and conduct research on financial needs.

Support Financial Advisors by conducting investment research and portfolio analytics, preparing industry/company reports, building financial models, creating presentations and performance reports, and assisting with client meetings and investment strategy development.

Partner with Financial Advisors to evaluate clients' portfolios and goals, design tailored financial and retirement plans, provide tax, estate, insurance, education funding, and small-business planning advice, prepare presentations and client files, respond to client inquiries, and ensure compliance with firm and regulatory policies.

Lead preparation and oversight of external and regulatory financial reporting (SEC, FFIEC, board), maintain accounting policies, support audits/exams, design reporting controls, manage reporting staff, and drive process improvements.

Serve as senior BA for Cash Management: gather and document functional/non-functional requirements, support development and testing, translate between business and technical teams, lead small projects, perform data analysis and create prototypes with UX teams, and manage risk/change.
