Maintains SAP/BPC consolidation structures and partners with FP&A and Treasury. A major focus is identifying and implementing AI, automation, and analytics solutions to improve accounting workflows, controls, reporting accuracy, and close-cycle efficiency.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to managers and department leaders in a Houston corporate office. Responsibilities include calendar and meeting coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, visa and passport assistance, conference and event support, document preparation, records management, expense processing, visitor logistics, office supply management, and confidential stakeholder communication.

Lead accounting and financial control for designated North American businesses including month-end close, consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, KPI reporting, profitability and cashflow analysis, capex ROI, audit support, internal controls, inventory reconciliation, team management, and support for SAP financial implementation. Travel up to 25%.
